As part of the brand strategy and creation for Dillon’s, Insite proposed a number of events that Dillon’s could found and operate in order to support their local artisan community as well as build and support gastronomic culture in their region.
The first event was an Oyster Festival. Concept being to invite a number of bar tenders, food vendors and musicians to rock the day away surrounding great cocktails and gastronomy. It was a success.
